claude'irm' is not recognized 代表你開的是 CMD 不是 PowerShell；反過來看到 '&&' is not a valid statement separator 代表你在 PowerShell。官方文件兩種都有對應指令。需要 Python 3.8～3.13。官方建議的安裝法：
